Yelling at the lettuce went on a long time. Long enough that the neighbors came out to check on us just to make sure all was well ;)

Lydia has enjoyed her seeds. We are currently growing weeds though (which delights the toddler that something is coming up!). But Lydia lovingly waters her seeds, yells at the seeds a couple times every day, and is eagerly waiting to make other people salad because "I don't like salad Mom".

A Day in the Life of ME!

I still wake up earlier than mom really wants to see my cute little face but I kinda enjoy my quiet alone time in the mornings (ssssshhhh, don't tell my people!).

After my jail time is over, I get to eat breakfast. My mom is on a mission right now to eat as many eggs as possible. Thankfully she gives me variety with my eggs but I can assure you if it is breakfast time, I am eating eggs!

After breakfast time, mom and I work out. TOGETHER!!!!! First we run through the house and play chase and giggle. After that we do some activities to make us strong on our Wii boards. I like kickboxing best (Mom gives me a dead Wii remote she thinks I don't know this but I do and argue with her about it. She ignores my grumbling every morning and I choose to get over it!).

Mom works out FOREVER. And I go off and play by myself...

I convince Mom to have story time with us. She indulges me and then resumes her work out. 

Bible Time

On this particular day I also chased Mom with my syrup bottle, did secret things in the bathroom (really must we talk about my bad choices!), got put in time out, and had a parade. Mom calls her workout time "45 minutes of the Stojan Family Circus". No clue why ;)

After workout time, Mom and I cuddle on the couch and read books. LOTS and LOTS of books! 

Then it is time for chores. Mom ALWAYS has some special chores for me to do. We did not have anywhere to go this day so my chores also included getting dressed and cleaning up my room. I am a bit messy during my early morning alone time!  

On this particular day, my chore was folding towels. I am improving and Mom keeps teaching. Check out these washcloths!

We played with the Play-doh this morning. 

After Play-doh we played outside for a bit. I was tooooo busy to take any pictures of this fun! THEN we decided that we had memorized all the books from the library so we went to the library. As we were driving home, Mom suggested checking out our coupons to see if we had any deals. WE DID!!!!!!!

Mom says "Lunch for both of us for less than $2 - can't feed us at home for that"!

Speaking of jail time, after lunch EVERY day my mother makes me lay down. I try really hard to not fall asleep but I always fail :( 

After nap, we read more books. I really like books! We usually do a project too. Or play outside. Something fun. 

Watercolor Day! 

I always help my mom fix dinner (inless I am in a bad mood and then Mom sends me to my play room). After dinner, we play outside. I love Spring! Dad rides his bike. 

After such a busy day I am filthy and have to take a bath. Read more books. And then it is bedtime for all! 

Other than the mandatory sleep in my house, I have a pretty sweet life ;)

Hello Monday!

 Some Monday mornings one can not decide if they are happy or sad that the weekend is over. I was fixing breakfast and Lydia was getting dressed since I heard crying I went to see what was up. Walked to the bottom of the steps to see the little girl laying in the hallway crying/laughing while doing some self talking.

"Dad days are over" (insert tears).
"But I play with Lauren and Miss. Erica today" (insert giggles).
"My cousins are coming". (insert giggles).
"New Gramma is coming" (insert giggles).
"Mom teaches today" (insert tears).
And on and on and on this went for quite awhile. But to be honest, on Monday mornings I feel sad too!
