The Last Day of Bible Study

The highlight of Lydia's week has been Bible Study and this week was the last day. The kids got to come home with their bags and various Bible Study props. They were both very proud of their bags (Isaac has carried his little bag all over the house and has been eager to read his Bible and show everybody his treasures).

Isaac's Bible - he really has enjoyed "reading" it and pointing to all the pictures.

Weekend of Fun

We tried out a new park. To say the kids loved might be an understatement!

Best part of the park - Isaac slept!

I don't know the point of the game but they were having great fun, so we will go with it!

Lydia enjoyed swim lessons.

To combat the rainy weekend, we took an afternoon nap visit to the museum. Allot of families had our idea ;)

And no 48 hours is complete without, a project!

Climb Children Climb!

We have had some construction going on at our house and let's just say toddlers and construction don't mix very well. SO we have spent some time at Chick-fil-A lately. Climbing. Wasting time really ;) Anyway, Isaac has no fear and will happily climb climb climb!

Back to that no fear thing - Lydia is coming down and Isaac is going to go "up more".

Bikes!

James has been looking forward to biking with Lydia for years. And Lydia's stamina is not quite up to long bike rides with Dad (yet!). So James got creative and after allot of this:

And a few Daddy cuddles:

And countless hours of this:

We have THIS:

Aren't they just too cute??? And yes, Lydia is thrilled :)

Kids Garden

Have you ever dreamed of having jalapenos, pumpkins, watermelon, petunias, and potatoes growing in the same garden? Well, Lydia has!

I guess I should mention we also threw some mystery flower seeds in there too ;)

Roller Skating Girl

Lydia is learning to roller skate. And actually mastered this skill very quickly.

Determined to go uphill.

"zoom zoom" says Isaac.
