Painting is always a win. I thought every kid liked to finger paint but apparently my kids "don't like to get their fingers dirty". This is a new feeling but we can work with that!
Letter Sponges!
Yep, so rainy, gloomy, and very wet!
I would love to know why Trio blocks are no longer sold but my kids love love love them! And they played with them all day long.
They even played nicely together.
And after baths, another play session. All day we had been building bunk beds and houses and then James started playing Trio blocks. Within minutes children were building swords and shields... Every child should run through the house attacking family members with swords before heading to bed ;)
Isaac got in on the fun too. He even took three to four steps at a time multiple times (apparently the opportunity to whack Dad over the head with a sword motivates the one year old!).
