Some people say 5 inches, others say 12, my ruler said 8. We can sum it up with "we got allot of snow". Enough snow to knock out the power for 36 hours.
We visited with sweet friends who had electricity because it is basically impossible to keep kids warm who won't sit still!
I think the kids had fun with each other :) Interesting to see all their personalities shining through!
It was a long 36 hours. Exhausting :)

| We came home at the 24 hour mark to get fresh clothes (because I really did not think our power would be off that long!). The house was 45 degrees. So James and I divided up the tasks, moved as quickly as possible, and got the kids back in the car with a heater! James packed - yep those are sandals and bathing suits on the top of the suitcase. I like the way that man thinks when his house is sooooo cold! |

| After we got electricity, the kids and I made banana bread. It is a good activity to learn to work together with your sibling. |

Isaac and I made the most of this gift Lydia gave us and made cookies. (Lydia and James since it was just the two of them decided to play board games). Lydia is a thoughtful kid uh?
