First Day of Winter

Lydia likes to know what is happening in her world. And I get tired of the question "what are we doing toooooodddddaaaaaayyyyyy?". I found a used magnetic calendar and Lydia adores her calendar. I put the magnet "First Day of Winter" on for the 21st. This magnet has a snowflake picture. I have a sinking feeling that Lydia is expecting to wake up on Friday to SNOW! She has been trying on her hat and gloves. We have discussed which coat will be the cutest (i.e. no you are not wearing your dark pink jacket you get to wear your light pink coat). And I do believe that the child is under the misunderstanding that she will have snow every day in the "winter". hehe :)
