Busy Bag Swap 2014

Busy bag swap time again! We have done two previous swaps and have loved each of them. Infact we still have and play with the activities. But we have hit a new season in life and could use some variety!

What is a busy bag you ask?
Each Ziploc bag is filled with a simple and age appropriate activity that helps build fine motor skills, encourages learning, and most of all keeps little hands busy. Our activities in the past have gone on road trips, doctor's offices, entertained while Mom needed 10 minutes, and have also been a loved activity to do with Mom or Dad. Without a doubt we enjoy these activities every single day!

The details of this particular swap:
  • The activities are below and are most appropriate for older preschoolers.
  • Each activity should cost approx. $1.00/bag (approx $20 commitment)
  • Each activity should be bagged in a Ziploc bag with instructions.
  • Last day to sign up is April 25th.
  • Busy bag assignments will be emailed out by April 28th.
  • Participants are responsible for bringing the busy bags to my house by May 16th
OR bring to the busy bag social on May 17th at my house at 9 AM (no children please)
I live near the intersection of Lynn and Lead Mine Roads in North Raleigh - exact address will be emailed.
  • Busy bags will be ready to be picked up after the social on May 17th.
We would love to have you participate, simply email DeAnna at DeAnnaStojan@gmail.com. Include in your email:
  • Your Name
  • Top three activities that you would like to do
(I will try to make sure each person gets an activity of his/her choice.)
  • Tell a local friend or two - the sooner we get to 20 participants the sooner we can PLAY!
This is a local busy bag swap to Raleigh, NC area.

The real excitement - the busy bag activities!
