As soon as the snow started, we were outside (and yes, it was bedtime, dark, and soooooo cold!). But really in North Carolina you never know how long the snow will actually last.
Lydia was not that thrilled with having to wear a coat. Apparently she couldn't "move".

We danced in the snow!

And there was a TON of snow on the beach chair... We rescued the chair from having the sun melt the snow off.
Our snowman! Soooooo cute ;) This snowman made me laugh all day long. Lydia ran to the window all day to check on her snowman. It was a sad moment when the snowman melted.
We made snow (I mean mud) angels!
An upside down snowman! This idea came from Lydia's MN cousins (she thinks the upside down snowmen are sooooooo funny!).
